Development Charges Follow-Up Meeting
This Tuesday morning at 9:00, May 16, 2023, along with staff I attended the Follow-Up Development Charges Meeting at the Charles W. Stockey Centre, Parry Sound. We met with area developers to review options prior to the Town setting the Development Charges Rates.  There was a slightly smaller turnout but still, valuable discussion and further explanation regarding how the development charges are allocated to capitol costs.  There was additional discussion on off-site improvements that specifically support and benefit a respective development project underway.
